1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using TownMart, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.

2. Platform Role

TownMart is a hyperlocal marketplace that connects customers with local vendors. TownMart itself does not sell products — all sales are between customers and individual vendors. TownMart is not responsible for product quality, delivery timelines, or disputes between customers and vendors.

3. Customer Responsibilities

Customers must provide accurate delivery addresses and contact information. Customers must be available to receive orders. Fraudulent chargebacks or false claims may result in account suspension.

4. Vendor Responsibilities

Vendors are responsible for the accuracy of product listings, pricing, and stock levels. Vendors must fulfill accepted orders promptly and maintain food safety and hygiene standards where applicable. Vendors must not list prohibited or illegal products.

5. Orders & Payments

Orders are confirmed only after vendor acceptance. Vendors have a limited time window to accept or reject orders. TownMart charges a platform commission on delivered orders as configured by the admin.

6. Refunds & Cancellations

Refund eligibility is determined case-by-case. Orders cancelled before vendor acceptance are automatically refunded for online payments. Post-delivery disputes should be raised with the vendor directly; TownMart may assist in mediation.

7. Prohibited Conduct

You may not use TownMart to list or purchase illegal items, harass or abuse other users or vendors, manipulate reviews or ratings, or attempt to circumvent platform security.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on TownMart, including logos, design, and code, is the property of InfoWeb Software. You may not reproduce or distribute any content without written permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

TownMart is provided "as is." We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the platform, including delivery failures, product defects, or payment issues.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Agra, Uttar Pradesh.
